Upcoming singers get around 3-4lacs on hand from UK tour is what I heard from some organizers of similar concerts. I don't know if II12 contestants have a different pay rate. More the venues the organizers get more profit but not singers. They will have flat rate which is for full tour. Again all this calc is singers who are already in industry like 1-2years. I don't know anything about the reality show related stuff.

Salary and per diem is fine because the expense is out of pocket and is not covered by salary.

Contract Plus per diem is unusual as contract is flexible enough to include out of pocket expenses during negotiations. Especially in these cases where most expenses are met by show organizers.

Possible that Rosario pays per diem if he pockets bulk of earnings. But Rosario may be paid lumpsum not on a daily basis for his charges.

But anything is possible as I don't know and am guessing.

They will get more for 6 shows. It is per show basis. Usually they may make that amount for 2 shows. Most uk tours by idols have been 2 to 3 shows.

Okay. Of course I have no knowledge of this industry but I would think that a fee + travel & stay seems correct. Perhaps you are right - per diem wouldn't be paid for those on a per show contract like these people arr likely to be.

Even I was surprised when I heard. But it may be different for these 4 depending on Sony contract.
