Talk and discuss too along with admiring..appreciation and being a fan means that too.

And if someone says something not palatable to you, unless it is from a known basher or a person who you know has malicious intent, please take a step back and see if that person is entitled to their opinion even if you don't agree with it. That way, you wont get upset and the whole thing wont become a circus. Sometimes ignoring or letting go based on the situation will work best.
