thanks for the response, komal and every1 else.bec of my bad health i ve been adviced not to strain too much, but reading this particular post i was so agitated that i forgot all about health. my aunt who is 61 is crazy about GHT. she just loves them. i was really shocked when i saw that. thats why i posted.anyway u all take care. even if i m not seen i m there . always as GHT fan.
