thank you😊

Sure! Mary Westmacott is a another pen name of Agatha Christie. She is primarily an author of mystery novels, but she also wrote six or seven romantic novels. She didn't want everyone to know her identity so she wrote them under a different name. Giant's Bread is one of her 'romance' novels where the protagonist is man who lives two different lives - with two wives, one life as an artist and another as a banker. The plot is a bit unrealistic but the dialogues are really witty and characterisation really clear. I hope that was brief. 😆

Did you finish reading Emma, what do you think of it? I wanna start reading another JA book, so far only finished Pride and Prejudice and Emma. I have heard Persuasion is really good - have you read it? Sorry if this is the first JA book you're reading, I just wanted suggestions lol. 😆

Well I'm an Austen fan, and it was my 2nd go at reading Emma and I love it ! The development in Emma's character was described really well - something you could imagine. I also found it quite funny - which not many of my friends found, but its the sort of thing I would compare to Shakespeares humour which some people understand.. I don't though lol, 😕 Pride and Prejudice had a good storyline, but I'm not sure its the kind of book I could re-read, but it's still very enjoyable :) You should definitely read Sense and sensibility - one of my faves ! and i haven't read persuasion yet, but i'll get there eventually :D
