What's the big deal of being in love? Nothing at all, especially if you are a part of so many love stories on screen. But it's funny how when the younger generation – Deepika and Kareena – are so forthcoming about their dil ka rishtas , the older lot like the Laras and Priyankas of the world want to keep it all hush hush.
It's known that Priyanka has been seeing Harman for a while now, and recent stories of Lara's involvement with Dino is not without smoke, and Katrina's lips are forever sealed (with a kiss?)... So what's the big deal in admitting to a relationship, and showing it off, the way the pretty Bebo and Deeps do?
They wear their loved ones on their sleeves, shout from the roof tops, look happy and are serious. Now, if only the pretty, lovely older damsels aren't too sure of their feelings...that, we would understand! In the past Lara has been extremely open about her love for Kelly Dorjee. Suddenly speaking about the personal life gives them the jitters...
Bips, too, who spoke about John at length, is wary about the media and keeps them at bay. Priyanka Chopra fields personal questions with diplomatic and boring answers, while Katrina Kaif maintains a 'no personal questions, please' motto, accompanied but very raised eyebrows. Now, if only they were a little like their better halves would they come across as dealing with it all in mature manner, because their 'dignified silence' is becoming more of an outdated shoolgirl juvenility...or does the emotional 'satchel' just get a bit too heavy and serious with commitmments and serious admissions in the press?
i think the only reason john n bips remain quite now is because the media really blew things out of proportion for them during the christiano ranaldo fiasco...and bips said she wont be so public anymore, and so far has stood by it, and plus theyve been dating forever so i dont think theres much the media can cook about them, in terms of feuds
kareena too at a point when her relationship was new with saif and people were just comming to digest the fact she and shahid were through said that she isnt going to be so public about it, its personal...and then the rest is history...
i think in a way its good kat and sallu keep their relationship personal so that if EVER they do break up there wont be anything to look back in papers and be embarrassed about, kat's a smart woman!
because if you look back at shahid and kareenas relationship, they talked about marriage and what not, and what happened in the end? and also, i think kareena was the one who was very open about her relationship because shahid doesnt seem like the public kind of a guy
