Is Vidya Balan the worst dressed actress?

We spotted Vidya Balan wearing a wierd assortment of clothes on the sets of her upcoming film, Kismat Konnection.

She wore a black jacket on top of a white shirt, along with a skirt on top of shiny black tights!

The actress has always dressed poorly but the latest outfit beats them all.

Do you think Vidya Balan is the worst dressed actress in Bollywood? Or do you think someone else beats her to it?

No i do not sometimes she looks good 😳 i think its down to her desginer.

We might think its ewwwww now....but who knows?? This could be the futuristic fashion statement!

I think the weird dress actually looks ultra modern and stuff except for a few exceptions like her hairstyle.

But I must say the 80's ka earring with this weird combination of dress looks...well..WEIRD! 😆
