King Khan turns to pals to bail his sagging show.
When I find myself in times of trouble, K Jo comes to me, speaking words of wisdom... And making appearances in my shows!
Shahrukh Khan's cocksure attitude about all things concerning him is fast fizzing out. He dared to take on the biggest adversary of television content yet- the Indian Premiere League, and is getting badgered for this feat!
Mister Cricket team owner should know only too well that in a country where cricket is a religion, his limping show would eventually be crippled.
Shahrukh had a lot of expectations with his show 'Kya Aap Paanchvi Paas Se Tez Hain', but the show's TRPs seem to be plummeting faster than Gauri's assets.
The original hoopla around the show has died out and praise the Lord that the annoying promos have become less frequent! You couldn't channel surf without those little runts darting across your TV screen. And don't even get me started on the painful title track. Oh man! It's back in my head, like a upheaval after some heavy drinking...sorry here it come... 'Kya Aap Panchvi Paas Se Tez Haaaaaaain'?

Shahrukh is generally pretty kind to his friends; hell some people have made careers out of casual acquaintances with him! A little bit of SRK goes a long way in Bollywood and no one knows that better than Farah Khan! Her entire career as a filmmaker (two whole films) revolves around this man. Fat chance anyone would have let her be at the helm of affairs if she didn't belong to the 'Khan Clan'.
Sharing a similar fate is Karan Johar. He's surely SRKs biggest fan and much else, but that's a whole other story. This pretty boy's never made a film sans SRK either. Surely not brotherly love!
So it's time for a little pay back. Since their careers have been built on the able-shoulders of King Khan and he's carrying the weight of the entire show on those same shoulders, his pals stepped forward to help out.
Considering the zillion appearances that Shahrukh has made on 'Kofee with Karan', Karan returned the favour by coming on his show 'Kaun Banega Crorepati 3' last year. Apparently that wasn't enough!
The makers of 'Paanchvi Paas...' decided to approach Madhuri to come on the show but it didn't work out and Madhuri backed out at the last moment...Probably since they wouldn't let her dance.
King Khan called his friend Juhi Chawla but she too couldn't make it. After all, she's been busy cheering for his losing IPL team while he was busy with the show. So she's forgiven.
That's when Shahrukh in all his desperation decided to invite the usual suspects, Karan Johar and Rani Mukerji.
C'mon, it's become monotonous watching Shahrukh with these two ladies again and again!
Karan was at his girly giggly best and Rani still hoarse and scary!
The Bitch really doesn't know if they can help the show or not, but they certainly are going to prove that 'Ye Paanchvi Paas Se Tez Nahi Hai'!
Maybe they're trying to dumb down the show or else they would have called someone with an IQ higher than their combined best of 65!
