well ok wat actually happens was that he was a gud character but at the end they have a race n he did the race honestly but akshay khanna cheated so his insurances money was given to his legally wife which was bips but actually bips was wid saif.........so they get the money n the money of akshay which was of saif's insurance was also now saif n bips because automatically the money of akshay was his wife after his death.n they get 2 million they give anil's share to him. i hope it helped u
