| It is known that Juhi Chawla and Shah Rukh Khan are no more business partners in Red Chillies Entertainment but these two continue to be good friends. Though they are not much seen together in films, they are connected to each other. An industry insider informs that Juhi who has recently shot for the Rooh Afza commercial wanted makers to shoot it under Red Chilies Entertainment. Rooh Afza had signed Juhi to endorse their product. She had been given the signing amount for the commercial. Juhi gave dates and according to that, a set was erected. Apparently, a day before the shoot Juhi Chawla who was supposed to shoot suddenly backed out. "Juhi refused to shoot for the commercial. After several requests made by the company officials, she agreed to shoot on a condition, which was that the commercial should be shot under banner of Red Chilies Entertainment. However, the refreshment drinks company refused to fulfill her demand and warned to sue her. Juhi who did not want to be involved in any legal hassle, agreed to shoot for it." The duo was last seen in Amol Palekar's Paheli where Juhi did a special appearance. Paheli was made under the Red Chillies Entertainment. Interestingly now SRK has done a special appearance in Ravi Chopra's Bhoothnath which stars Juhi in a crucial role. It can be recalled that when SRK started his independent production house, the duo parted ways amicably but continued to help each other. They have however come together to co-own Kolkota Knight Riders alongwith Juhi's husband, Jay Mehta. SRK who pampers Juhi's kids, had also planned a European trip for his and Juhi's kids. It seems Juhi too proved to be SRK's true friend, when it came to promoting his business venture. Very commendable, we say, Juhi. |
