Could be authentic
The image of her passport seems to have most of the important information right. Issued in May 2006, the passport has her name as Aishwarya Rai suggesting it was taken before her marriage. Interestingly, her photo on the passport doesn't seem to be a file shot, suggesting the document could very well be authentic.
