Thank you for saying what I wanted to say and I know why I strongly dislike her- because she's not pretty Or talented. She's simply there cuz she had her first movie with SRK. If she was in any other movie, she would've gone unrecognized like any other girl who didn't had her debut with SRK.

deepika is definitely overrated. actually most of the newcomers last year were all overrated like ranbir & sonam but deepika takes the cake as the most overrated newcomer.

it's not her fault actually. i guess people really like her to see her in the limelight and deepika has got no reason to refuse being in the spotlight. she's just making hay while the sun shines.😊 however i think she should choose all her future films carefully if not she'll just end up as a flash in the pan or an one film wonder.

PS : i'm not a deepika hater so don't take my opinions the wrong way.😊

I think its the media that loves to talk about her, so I don't really believe she craves for all the attention. I recently saw her on KWK and I was very much impressed with her down to earth attitude. Even her interviews are so honest and sweet. Personally I think she deserves all the praise.

At the end of the day, people love you for your talent and star-power...look at Kajol, Rani, Ash ( post her link-up/break-up anthem).

Saif-Kareena were still a little less irritating...Dips-Ranbir's proclamation is too premature. You've just started going out and have gigantic uphill task of a career to take care of. And if media starts projecting you as a casanova and a man-eater, you've got serious trouble.

It's good to be in news....but the Aamir, Rani, Abhi-Ash way. I think Abhi-Ash's silent love-tale was much more emdearing than these pom-poms that we are getting sick of.

It is upto Dips and Ranbir to draw the limits.

Firstly she had a film out and hence she had to promote it the timing and all other stuff such as saawariya and being a newcomer gave her more focus after that it was due to the film doing well...just like other stars everywheere around their films.

As for links its more media that anything that kept linking her only ones i have seen her acutally quoted about her lovelife is mumbai mirror one whihc is known to make up stuff and yuvraj she never said she was going out with him or anything if the mumbai mirror interviews right she hardly got to know him...ranvir is just as bad may i add😆

Yea. Deepika will go a long way. To be an actress you have to endure all these link ups and rumors to become powerful.😃

Deepika has a bright future...guess its a part of her destiny and once you are there I guess you have learn to ignore silly gossips that go around. Its a known fact that people talk most about those who are successful and all this bitching and ranting about Deepika should in a way serve as a compliment to her since its proof enough that she is considered one of the biggest finds of 2008.
