Correction - it wasn't Ajay Devgan's dialouge. This dialouge was spoken by the main villain - played by Apara Mehta's husband (forgot his name) - who asks someone to bribe Ajay's character in the movie to give up the case. There he speaks about giving Ajay something to get his mouth shut, mainly money, and remarks disparagingly that these actors will dance in someone's wedding and cry at someone's funeral if you give them money. It was NOT Ajay Devgan's lines.

SRK has a weird sense of humour - most of lines are sarcastic which is fine with friends but would be offensive to people he barely knows.
I personally find his interviews entertaining because I always think he is trying to be funny but then again I am not at the receiving end of his digs. 😛
