Sanjay Suri isn't a big star for media to cover that..Hell even if he does a charity and someone creates a thread about it, no one would even reply on that topic and the thread will be dead before it even started.. I am sure he would like his great work for HIV awareness to be highlighted in media so other people take a cue and follow his example and raise awareness..

every big star who does any charity work gets media coverage...

and why are media covering and following the bachchans, well its because of people like YOU and I, whenever there is a thread about them, every person flocks to the thread to give their 2 cents (most the time its 20 dollars but thats a different story)

well if they wanna go to temples as a family its their choice its better than appearing at some nightclub drunk..or running over civilians or having a family day out hunting..

Jaya Bachchan was there and she gave a speech and explained why the name of the school was chosen, but i am sure that article was conveniently ignored by those posters in this forum.. afterall who wants to read an article with facts and articles that don't show the bachchans in bad light with lies, right?

also they were opening the school, it was a big event in UP and media will obviously find out, since they can't just use teleportation to go to any place..

last time i checked the technology was not available

basically what i was saying is that the people who dislike the bachchans will pick on ANYTHING that they do....whether its good or bad. i mean come one.........why criticize for doing pooja? hell, if anything they should be applauded for opening up a school or whatever it was but here we are picking on them.

whereas there are other celebrities who smoke.....very bad habit!!!.....but the same people go those posts and say "oh its his life, he should be allowed to do as he pleases". so how come this same logic doesn't apply to the bachchans?!

The same logic should be applied to bachans but it should not be advertised or shouldnt be used for publicity gimmick...salman who is a big star also does great amount of charity work and so does sanjay dutt but it is done in priviate...the way it shoudl be done..the bachans for some odd reason feel the entire world should know what they are doing...and it is the media's fault just as much as the bachans cuz trust me if bachans want to hide something from the media (eg: aa's relationship) it is possible.

please inform me how one can hide something from the media when they are camped outside their house 24/7 and follow their every move?
