SRK gets Bobby a role

Bobby Deol has been signed on to play the assistant to SRK's on-screen superhero act in Shirish Kunder's upcoming film. After talks fell through for Shankar's Time Machine and Raju Hirani's next, Shah Rukh was left staring at an empty date diary for 2008. He summoned Shirish to get his act together and finish the pre-production of the film as early as he could. And the casting of the film is finally in place. Initially, Shirish wanted Viveik Oberoi for the part Bobby's going to play, but they couldn't settle on a price, and it was SRK's idea to ask Bobby to play the role. Bobby readily agreed. Of course, we have heard that he has been paid an exorbitant fee and has already started hitting the gym. The film is set to roll in April.
