Director Aamir evaluates Aamir, the actor!
Aamir Khan's directorial debut venture, TAARE ZAMEEN PAR, is the new release of the coming Friday, along with Akshay Kumar's, WELCOME. The strategy of the makers is to go in for a limited release and let the word of mouth do the trick, a la CHAKDE! INDIA. More on the business aspects of the film later.
We are here to tell you something rather interesting. During one of his latest interviews, Aamir Khan was taken aback when he was asked about how Aamir, the director evaluates Aamir, the actor. Not to be ruffled, the erudite actor was quick with his short but apt reply, saying that he feels that both the director and the actor Aamir Khan are satisfied with each other's performances! Coming from the perfectionist Aamir, this is quite a statement. He further adds that both his kids, Junaid and Ira have seen the movie and liked it.
Well, here's hoping and wishing that the audience echoes the same sentiments.
