Shahid Kapur returned to Mumbai after a long shoot in Canada (with his smile intact!)

Shahid Kapur arrived in Mumbai late on Saturday night, over a month after shooting for Aziz Mirza's film in Toronto, Canada.

We spotted the actor walking out of Sahar airport looking extremely cool, flashing a smile and even posing for photos with fans.

We have to say there appeared to be no trace of unhappiness over his break-up with Kareena Kapoor on his beaming visage.

He was met by his friends (which didn't include Kareena), and after posing with groups of onlookers for photographs, Shahid took to the wheel and drove off homewards.

Tomorrow, Shahid shoots with Kareena at Future Studios, Goregaon for some patchwork scenes of Imtiaz Ali's Jab We Met.

This is the first time the couple will come face-to face since Kareena's escapades with her current 'good friend' Saif Ali Khan. Will both their scenes be shot separately? Our guess is the latter.

dude..i just read article y'day which said that shahid was depressed and hasn't been talking to his family or friends.. thta article also mentioned about him shooting with kareena..But that's the only similarity!! EVERYthing else was about how depressed he is and all that 😕
i have to say this media people will cook up anything and everything without knowing anything! 😡 😡
