'I'm scared of Saawariya'

I'm scared of Saawariya and I have no problems admitting that," Shah Rukh Khan said at the music launch of his film, Om Shanti Om. Saawariya, for those who don't know, is releasing on the same day as his film: November 9. This will, in fact, be a repeat of what we saw last Diwali, when SRK's Don collided with Salman Khan's Jaan-e-Mann.

"If I had a chance, I would have postponed my film," Shah Rukh said. The actor seemed diplomatic, after his Om Shanti Om director Farah Khan said some unpleasant things about Bhansali's mother. On this occasion, Farah preferred to keep quiet, and restricted her comments to her film.

Shah Rukh added that he respected Sanjay Leela as a filmmaker, as they both went back to 2002's Devdas. On a concluding note, the King Khan said he hoped to flood the market with prints of Om Shanti Om. "Our hope is to release the film with 2,000 prints worldwide. But that is only a hope," he said.

I would have really wished SRK had not clashed his film with Saawariya.....cauz if i am not wrong....then Saawariya was the first out of the 2 to pick this release date.....but oh well.....i hope Saawariya does well and both Ranbir and Sonam's talen gets recongnized and appreciated

lol i dont think both films will flop atleast i dont think OSO will......India has enough SRK fans to make his movie a hit.......its just that Saawariya has newcomers and it looks unfair as they have to compete with SRK in their very first movie

Saawariya have salman khan and rani in it, it's not like all newcomers movie

Salman and Rani are both doing important guest appearances......the movie mostly revloves around Sonam and Ranbir....and soo far the movie isnt being promoted as a Sallu-Rani movie, because its a Sonam-Ranbir movie

Yeah bit i think the newcomers deserve to shine cause its their big chance on a paveway to success.

It's SLB movie, It's not like just newcomers. They are the children of very famous actors. Rishi and Neetu are very famous couple, not just that ranbir is grandson of Raj Kapoor, which isn't small. As for Sonam, she is daughter of Anil Kapoor. I am sure audience will be waiting for their performance. As of i heard, the movie is of 3 generation.

I hope both films get what they deserve 😊
