A Jodhpur Lower Court has, rejected Salman Khan's appeal in the Chinkara poaching case. Salman will now have to go to jail.

Salman was sentenced to 5 years imprisonment by a Lower Court. He will be surrendering on Monday before the Sessions Court.
Salman's plea requesting the court to give him 10 days to surrender on health grounds has also been rejected.
Salman's lawyer has said that they will file a revision petition before High Court. But he will spend at least one night in jail.
Salman was not present in the Jodhpur Court. His sister Alvira made it to the Court on his behalf.
Security guards informed us that Salman was last seen at 1:30 am on Wednesday near his building compound in Bandra, Mumbai.
Alok Mathur, Personal PR of Salman Khan, was overheard talking on the phone that Salman is at home and is unwell.
Actor Aditya Panscholi confirmed, "Salman is in the house. I just came to meet him and tell him and his family that I am with them. Regarding the legal matters, I cannot comment."
A source from the Khan family adds, "We will not try to get Salman out immediately as it might create problems. We will adpot a policy of wait and watch for a few days and then decide to apply for bail."
Meanwhile, there was heavy activity outside his house. Brothers Arbaaz and Sohail were around. Girlfriend Katrina Kaif sneaked in and out quickly. Close friends Govinda, David Dhawan were among the ones to visit Salman's residence.
Salman's lawyer and bodyguard Shera have also entered the house when latest reports were in.
