Apoorva Lakhia 's attempts to sign up Abhishek Bachchan and Vivek Oberoi for his next film titled 'Mission To Istanbul' have come a cropper.
That is because of the junior Bachchan's refusal to do the film.
Lakhia just cannot make a film without one of the Bachchans being in it. So Abhishek, a dear friend, was an automatic choice for the film that features four heroes.
After two successive flops, Mumbai Se Aaya Mera Dost and Ek Ajnabee Lakhia hit bull's eye with Shootout At Lokhandwala .
Lakhia attributes the success of the film to Vivek, whom he now considers as his lucky mascot.
Consequently, Vivek too was an automatic choice for a lead role.
However, Abhishek refused to do the film and that set the rumours that it is because they have a history named Aishwarya Rai .
