Ashutosh Gowarikar is beaming, and with reason enough. The filmmaker recently showcased a trailer of his forthcoming Jodhaa Akbar at the Cannes festival and the reactions he got were very positive. What's more Variety (Cannes edition) rated him as one of the top 60 people to watch out for at the festival this year. Wife Sunita Gowariker comments, "The reactions were amazing. Buyers for Germany, France, South Africa, etc., were very excited. Representatives from Venice and Rome were very keen that Jodhaa Akbar be showcased at their festivals." The said trailer consisted of a scene where Hrithik is fighting an elephant. This guy surely knows how to impress!
