Atleast the Video Game VFX is providing some comic relief in an otherwise torturous film.

How valuable is your statement that the movie is "torturous" when you just told before that you decided not to watch it. It reaks of poorly disguised negative bias to me...so what 'worth' do the previous clip and this pic have to make a judgement on the whole movie? None, imo.

This looks it will get better reviews from Bollywood critics and mediocre from South. So far the early reviews shows this trend. But maybe it is good overall as ratings of 2.5 from Telugu/mi9 and similar are ok as they do not give 3.5 or 4 stars easily unlike bolly critics.

As it is a Hindi production and a Hindi director it certainly may have a more North Indian feeling... logical to me (and Coolie will have a complete South Indian feeling, I suppose...which, btw, I like, too) However, I'm sure that both movies will showcase the respective leads in a spectacular way.

I didn't meant this North vs South but my post might have came across tike that. What I have noticed/meant many south critics are not that lenient compared to critics in bolly (irrespective if it is south movie or bolly movie). This I meant even for South movies For example even Pushpa 2 got better reviews from Bollywood critics than South critics. This I have noticed for many movies. In short the bolly critics are comparatively more forgiving and lenient.
