Just saw the movie and - WOW.
After DECADES, I left the theatre where a film has stayed with me.
Let’s get one thing straight
Ahaan Pandey is here to stay. So shut up and get on board! He’s such a man! And so hot. But most importantly - he CAN ACT. My god. In some scenes he doesn’t even have dialogues and I’m wagging my tail like a teenage girl. His debut is on the same level of Ranveer and Ranbir. He better not mess this up! Make good choices please! I want to see so much more of him.
Aneet, not only is she GORGEOUS, she is one hell of a firecracker on screen. At first I thought she can only do the sweet thing - but no, she can be fiery when needed too. PROTECT THIS GIRL at all costs - she is a serious threat to be the next top heroine. Someone tell Janhvi, Khushi, Suhana, Shanaya and all them to just go away and don’t bother. Aneet not only ate, she DIGESTED while the other talentless nepo babies are still in constipation zone
As for the movie and story itself - to be honest I’m not entirely sure how I feel about it. I think it is better than Ek Villain, but maybe not Aashiqui 2. Mohit Suri has gotten better as a director as well. Saiyaara is certainly better than Malang, and EV2.
The songs. Ahh the songs. BEAUTIFUL.
If you want to watch a movie to appreciate new and fresh acting that is really good. Give it a shot!
This might be the eyewash we all need after films like Nadaaniyan, Archies and all that other crap.
