I think it sends a positive message..directors will not be harrassed by big stars and unreasonable demands will be shown the door..40cr for 100 days with 6 hour shift..when was the last time she gave a hit on her shoulders? Sandeep's movies work..generate hype regardless of actress..kabir singh (kiara was a no-body then)..animal..they all worked out with out a known female lead..

Okay umm….you aren’t lying because I’ve actually witnessed and seen these types of stans on Twitter and Reddit actually, so nope you really are not exaggerating

40crores fee? Wasnt it 20 crores 2 days ago??? Are they just increasing the fee by the day?

As for 6 hr work day, initial report said 8 hr work day but then it was round down to 6 hr for logistic reasons. 8 hr workday is a normal work day.

I do think Deepika is trying to have work life balance with the new baby at home, there is nothing wrong in that. But Vanga might be the wrong director for that. She is no Alia Bhatt with industry connections, that she can get pregnant in middle of the movie and producer just waits for her. We all know how Aishwarya was treated when she got pregnant before the movie Heroine. People like Deepika has to demand to get basic rights, Vanga is spinning this to make her sound unreasonable because he doesnt want to come across as sexist like his movies.

The only reasonable demand was fewer working hours per day, since she has a small child at home. But the other demand is ridiculous — who does she think she is? Her last solo movie opened at just 4 crores. What makes her think anyone would pay her 40 crores?
