Laxman Utekar's next after Chhaava is with Kartik. Vijan and Utekar picked this film.

See,in the industry,it is the networking that matters. Kartik has T series,Maddock and now Dharma.

Kartik has been linked to Sara Janhvi..and probably others too. But they all seem to get along just fine. I think these ladies trust him.This very important..as greenlighting films is very easy-he has his pick of co-stars.

Earlier Dharma/YRF used to have their own clubs..loosely around SRK.Today SRK and other senior stars ..have their own club the 1000 cr club which include south super stars.DP is rumoured to do the next Atlee too. That is a different club..and a they have a differnt business model.

Then there is a younger group of stars who work with each other. They make money too. Look at Animal,Chhaava,Stree ..BB2 took on the biggest starcast -franchise film and emerged a blockbuster.This film changed the way Industry looks at Kartik.

So Kartik has the production houses,the directors and co-stars with him. They believe he is GOOD ENOUGH.It is Ok if some fans think otherwise.

He has nothing to worry about for the next 3-4 years.

Actually, after having read through the thread, I wonder if some probably just rehash what others wrote/write just because not liking Kartik's physical appearance...

Kartik can act, without any doubt.

Honestly, I had a hard time watching any of his movies. I couldn’t even finish one.

At least you're not pretending...so, it was dislike at the first go...well...nothing to object...like & dislike are matters of personal perceptions... however stating that he "can't act to save his life" is generalizing...and a no-go in my opinion
