It means exactly what the tweet says:
"It is with great anticipation that I look forward to WAVES - a film and entertainment world summit - to be held in our country itself." He looks forward to this:
a summit, that gives "An occasion that celebrates our industry and acknowledges the role it plays in the Indian economy as well as its strength as a soft power… and above all, an occasion that champions and fosters creativity!!!" ...with 3 (sic!) exclamation marks...
SRK uses almost the same wording as Modi but subtly saying that not everything the propaganda says is a reality but that it would be recommendable if it would become a reality.
SRK did the same, e.g., when tweeting at Modi on the occasion of the new parlament's building's inauguration (mentioning the constitution).
SRK is very positive about the summit but not about the - propagated - actual state of the Indian filmindustry (especially the Hindi one)...and rightly so, not only I think...
Why am I not able to read this in the tweet? I see no future tense or wishful thinking. How do u know the hidden meanings or thoughts behind his tweets? R u SRK?
