Not Law exactly but the canon is :

RK se related bad rumor --- At least 90% truth because wo to hai hi cheater aur uske upar Rishi aur Neetu ka beta bhi

RS se related facts -- RK ka PR, RK ke fans ka attempt to bring him down, rumor until verified by personal source, no social media gossip should be allowed unless it comes from a verifiable source

And even if comes from a verifiable source (like the news about Rakshas came from Himesh) -- The verifiable sources are RK's PR..
