She did this for her own fame. There are so many ways to promote cancer awareness. Blog, YouTube channel, interview a doctor at the cancer hospital, start charity event. Like gazillion ways. Yet she faked her death.

one woman faked her death because she was tired of her abusive family and when police found her, she was arrested.
