Fighter some viewpoints

Caught the trailer and two songs on tv… And realised some things:

1) Hrithik is looking much hotter than seen on phone screens.

2) The music is catchy and dance is good, what sucks are the lyrics. Sher khul gaye has absurd lyrics and Ishq Jaisa kuch has very simple trivial lyrics nothing great.

3) I do see some chemistry on bigger screen but still that spark is not seen. May be what’s not working in Hrithik and Deepika’s chemistry is both are given a tan look..A contrast is always good. Also the frames are not designed well. Deepika is towering over a 6 ft Hrithik. I think heels could have been avoided on her. Also she looked so fair in Bajirao Mastani then how is she so dusky here. Why cant they let her look like herself.

4) In Ishq Jaisa Kuch i see much more emotional expression from HR’s side than Deepika. Kind of very robotic face she has in songs. It’s strange coz i think she is v expressive when she dances with a Ranbir or Ranveer.

May be trailer will tell a better story but as of now HR seems the only good thing about the songs.

The only minus point about this movie is Anil kapoor. Rest all are fine.

Anil Kapoor and weakest?

He has been the weakest point of many movies? It is not new for him. He excels in comedy really but the rest of his performances can be inconsistent.

In Bajirao, she was attacked for looking too fair. For Pathaan and Fighter, she is attacked for looking too dark. If she uses her usual skin tone, she'll get attacked for not looking fair enough or not dark enough. There's no winning.
