I think surrogacy is hard because then you can't 24*7 control what the surrogate mother is eating or drinking or amount of care she is taking you know. Also in our culture its believed that thoughts, emotions and feelings of the mother impact the baby. (I personally think its true)

People can be inactive on social media for some time, that means they have a life outside this virtual world.

Katrina is happy in her life, she is enjoying her time with her husband. It's all well.

It's rude to speculate someone is not well just because of no posts on insta? 🙄🤦🏻‍♀️

And it's unpleasant and uncivil to discuss how a middle aged actress can get pregnant? It's none of our business and no one knows whether they are planning or not. There are things which are which are too sensitive to be speculated upon. Let them be.
