There are fans who are sympathetic towards Ranbir's character and making excuses for domestic violence.

Be ready for lot more Animals to come now since it’s on the way to becoming a block buster . That’s the saddest part 😢

Vanga's brain is that of an adult. Half of the things that he added in the movie were to piss people off and the other half was because he genuinely believes violence is a form of love. Adult minds behave in all sorts of weird (for lack of a better word) ways

That's what, as we discussed yesterday this where the right direction and education come into play. An 18-year-old with a right head on their shoulder will be able to call out Ranbir's character for what it represents.

Many will take it as just a movie and discuss about char arcs, parenting styles, and psychological analysis of the characters. But never aspire to be like them

While others would get influenced. but for such individuals proper guidance is what is important up to a certain point

What justification can you give for a 30-year-old who behaves like Ranvijay in real life? No after a point your mess is your own. You are grown up use your brain

Yes. He can be protagonist and not Hero. And that is the responsibility of the director. Its their responsibility to not make audiences feel sorry for such characters.

they don’t need to put a message in their movies but they need to consider movies can influence people especially teenagers !

Vanga can make his character as demented as he wishes but he owes to the craft to not make this character a hero. I think this is the only reason people are objecting because they do not agree with public supporting characters as twisted as Vijay.
