I saw many people creating appreciation posts for their fav actors yesterday. It genuinely pains me that not a single one was created for my favourite Bollywood actor😭. So let me do the honors and create one myself -
For the one and only
TIGER SHROFF!!!
Jai Hemant Shroff aka Tiger Shroff is the son of two Bollywood actors, Jackie Shroff and Ayesha Dutt. He first impressed us with his amazing talent in the movie Heropanti.
Released in 2014, the film became a commercial success and he was praised for his action sequences and exceptional dancing skills. The film also won him his first award, the IIFA Award for Star Debut of the Year – Male.
In year 2016 he starred in the first of the Baaghi trilogy which went on to become a big hit.
He also starred in another film the same year, A Flying Jatt alongside Jacqueline Fernandez. Though the film didn't perform well in the boxoffice, critics praised him for his role as a superhero.
In 2017 he played a dancer in the film Munna Michael. A role he was well suited for since he is an impeccable dancer himself.
He next appeared in Baaghi 2 which was once again a big success. It cemented Tiger's role as an action hero in Bollywood.
His 2019 release SOTY didn't perform as expected in the boxoffice but his film War, released in the same year more than made up for it.
War which featured Hrithik Roshan and Tiger in lead roles went on to becoming one of the highest grossing Indian movies of all time. Tiger played a soldier who was sent to eliminate his former mentor Hrithik. Both actors impress the audience with their wonderful acting, dancing and fighting skills. It also changed the opinion of many who said Tiger couldn't emote well.
In 2020, the last (🤞)of the franchise Baaghi was released. It garnered a lot of praise for the action scenes and cinematography and gave Tiger yet another hit.
He is filming for his next movie Ganapath which will be released later this year. I would like to wish Tiger and the audience good luck for his next release. 😃
