Animal Vs OMG 2 Vs Gadar 2.

All three movies would give audience of different sections something to complain about.

Animal is being directed by Vanga who made Kabir Singh. He has claimed that Ranbir's character in Animal would be more violent than Kabir Singh. Likely would have ample misogyny because Vanga knows audience loves it. But the liberals and feminists would again be outraged.

OMG 2 would cause the biggest controversy. The sequel revolves around the topic of sex education for children. They will show Hindu Gods Shiva and Ram speaking in the favour of the importance of sex education. With sex being a taboo and the current climate in India, this would be appaling. Conservatives would hate it. Right wing would protest and call for ban on this film.

Gadar 2 can go either way. If they promote peace between India and Pakistan with the movie, right wing won't be happy. If they show Pakistanis as complete evil people who need to be wiped out, liberals won't like it. However, either way not many people would compain about this movie like its going to happen with OMG 2 and Animal.

Also if the director manages to find a balance, not make Pakistanis look like scum of the earth, but doesn't sell unrealistic ideas of love and harmony between the two countries either, then nobody would complain. But that won't sell the tickets.

All three movies are not releasing on the same day for sure. It would either be Animal Vs OMG 2 or Animal Vs Gadar 2. If Animal and OMG 2 clash, then it would also be a clash of liberals and conservatives.

Three way clash will not happen. There are not enough screens. One movie likely Gadar 2 would have to postpone.

Gadar2 doesn't look like a big budget film. Independence day is the best period for it to release . OmG2 too is noy a big budget film. These films need the 5 day Holiday weekend.

Animal will open big on a non holiday on 4000 screens. The clash hurts this film the most.

Animal is the biggest movie among all three. The producers won't postpone the film. Its an ego thing as well.

OMG 2 or Gadar 2 would have to leave the date depending on which is the smaller film. That will be decided by which film creates a bigger hype than the other one.

If Akshay's role is not supporting this time like it was in OMG 1, and the movie creates controversy with its trailer. Then OMG 2 will beat Gadar 2 in hype and Sunny Deol would have to move whether he likes it or not.
