"Digital Minimalism" by Cal Newport is a book that advocates for a more intentional and mindful approach to our use of digital technologies. Newport argues that our current use of technology has become excessive and addictive, leading to a range of negative consequences such as distraction, anxiety, and social isolation.

The book presents a framework for adopting a digital minimalist lifestyle, which involves focusing on a small number of carefully chosen digital tools and platforms that support our values and goals. Newport encourages readers to take a 30-day digital declutter, during which they disconnect from all non-essential digital tools and activities, and then to selectively reintroduce only those that prove to be truly valuable.

The second is this:

"The Maidens" is a psychological thriller novel by Alex Michaelides, The story follows a group of women, known as the Maidens, who are part of a secret society at Cambridge University. When one of their members is murdered, a therapist named Mariana Andros becomes involved in the investigation and starts to unravel a web of secrets and lies.

This book is a well-crafted thriller with an intricate plot and complex characters. Michaelides does an excellent job of building suspense and keeping the reader guessing until the very end. The story is also full of interesting themes and motifs, including Greek mythology, psychoanalysis, and the nature of obsession. If you enjoy psychological thrillers with a literary twist, "The Maidens" is definitely worth checking out.

That blue book, just by reading those 10 words on the book cover, I am getting this feeling that I have already read the whole book.

We need to be less with screen and more with nature and we struggle on routine basis. I bet the struggle with continue, even after reading the whole book.
