I saw the reel on mute, I was not even looking at her saree/blouse in that reel. I was looking at her overacting and felt irritated and closed the reel in the midway.BTW I don't even know who she is. Seeing her now for the first time.
For your question about Saree being the most beautiful outfit : It depends on the person who wear it and how they wear it.
About comfort or discomfort levels, it also depends on the person who wear it and how they wear it. I don't feel comfortable or easy to wear it cuz idk how to wear saree and I need other person's help. In our final year final exam practicals in professional college we had a dress code to wear saree for girls. We did find the rule annoying as we don't know how to wear saree and in hostel we couldnt take each others help in exams time, no one had time and we had to depend on warden and was too much time wastage when you needed to study a lot for the final exam. I hated the saree for this reason. Ready-made stitched sarees would be helpful.
My mom find herself in saree most comfortable and wear it daily. She could walk on roads and she could slightly jump over muddy water on road on rainy days while walking, so I don't think you can't jump in saree.its like a long skirt. You can see Sridevi jumping and dancing in the saree in this song :

I do think half saree and normal saree are same when it comes to comfort levels. So I'm sharing Trisha doing a long jump in half saree in this song with ease lol:
