Forensic (2022)

I was looking for something interesting to watch and this album popped up in my recommended song list on Spotify a few days back. The songs were so-so but it sparked my curiosity to read more about the movie and then that led me to watch it.

I am thoroughly impressed. Vikrant Massey is a brilliant actor and he really gets into any character, including this one of a quirky, forensic doctor who loves solving cases and loves gadhe murde.

The story was put together well and had some good performances from Rohit Roy, Radhika Apte, and Prachi Desai. The rest of the actors were mostly cameos with like 2 to 3 good scenes each. These 4 and the kid that played the role of Aanya had the most screen time. The actor who played the role of Inspector Ved was also good - he wasn't the antagonist or the typical misogynistic senior or anything. Yes, there were flavours of that to his role, but basically he was an Inspector who had seen a lot of stuff and also was a bit pissed off that he wasn't getting noticed for his work.

I got to say that it wasn't until basically the end when Johnny and Megha deduced who the killer was that I also got it. For a while I thought Johnny was the murderer just because of the way things were going!

Just one complaint - they had Narendra Gupta as Johnny's mentor, but they didn't give him the name Dr. Salunkhe!!! They called him Dr. Solanki.

A definite must watch - and yes the summary is on Wiki. I'd give it a 4 out of 5 easily.

saw a good movie called amaran..i think its a decent watch & bgm is sweet...much decent movie & sai pallavi performs phenomenally as always..quite underrated movie...

Makers kept yelling, this is not close to Ramayan, and we will refer every scene and ckt from Ramayan. Kya hai ye? I had to look for story in this. Its mixing all ckts in the name of a Universe and making a dump and serving in a platter. Sorry Depika Fans, she was such a mismatch, neither did she had a charm or ease of being a lady cop. I wont even comment about other actors,

BB2 and BB3 were the remakes I never dreamt will happen.

A classic like BB which beautifully highlighted mental health in an amazing way.

BB2 was a joke and BB3, they did dirty to ckt of Manjulika and VB. Thanks Netflix, skipped 80% of this. I dont even know what to write as a review for this. They also completely missed and did dirty to LGBTQ theme

Just another Hindi flick trying to come across rather Hollywoody/Western in style only to end up coming across contrived as well as stale . Expected a natural,authentic flavour from Kanu Behl .

Anyhow , found Scoop better .
