Ranveer has liked a tweet of mine and sent me a birthday DM. He also sent some signed pictures to many of his fans on one of his bdays and I got one. Ranveer has acknowledged a lot of his fans, many of his fans have met him 4-5 times

Irrfan Khan (may his soul Rest In Peace) interacted with me on this dead site called Hi5. It was way back in the early 2000s. I told him I really liked his portrayal of a serial killer in one of the Star Best Sellers he did. He was very gracious and sweet. Too bad he’s gone. Such a fine actor.

Oh my God! Star best seller! That show was gold! All stories were absolutely amazing!

And by chance are you talking about the show named Darr? Which also had K K Menon?

I love the Indian tv shows from that era. I cannot think of a single one I didn’t like. But 2000s hit, Ekta Kapoor came and flushed it all down the gutter. Indian TV hasn’t recovered since

Over the years, yes, got likes and RTs on Twitter on tweets I wrote about their shows, or indirect story shares on Instagram by some tv celebrities (my friends tagged them on stories that included my tweets, the celebs shared their story). The most unanticipated one was Sai Ketan Rao replying to me directly last year (and I had not even tagged his Insta, just used the hashtag #saiketanrao). I saw it the next day because I am very lazy when it comes to social media, and was shocked 🧿

I've met Harshita (Gaur) Di, Param (Singh Bhatia) Bhaiya and Ankit (Gupta) Bhaiya on the sets of Sadda Haq through their creative, who was impressed with our suggestions/innovative ideas for the show on Twitter, and invited us there as super-fans. Ran into Armaan Malik at the boarding gate years ago, when I was travelling somewhere along with my family. Very very sweet boy 🥺

So true! All shows of that era were pure gold! I loved love stories/ zee rishtey, then there was this show called saturday suspense and of course star bestsellers too! EK ruined everything 😑

Rishtey on Zee was amazing! Few years ago, I went back and rewatched some of the episodes. There was one which showed a love story about two people who meet in a CD shop.I can’t remember what it was called but it was so sweet. Then there was the one with R.Madhavan and Mouli Ganguly which I loved.

Oh and Have you watched the episode on which Alia Bhtt’s movie Highway is based on? It’s also called Highway. Kartika Rane does such a phenomenal job in that episode.
