We are definitely lacking an iconic “female” singer this generation. I would say after Shreya Ghoshal’s peak was over a few years ago no one has really emerged.

There are some decent ones like Asees, Neeti etc but certainly no one around on the level of Sunidhi and Shreya.

Shreya Ghosal’s voice gives me a headache. It is so freaking squeaky and shrill, it could break a glass. I agree about Sunidhi. Sunidhi definitely has a very versatile voice.

As much as I hate her, Neha Kakkar is really popular. Yes their is an internet contingency who hate her, but she is still super popular with a loads of people.

That being said, I don't know who I dislike more Falguni or Neha.

I find both cringe. Falguni Pathak and her overtly girly songs are prime peak of pop bollywoodised cringeness.
