OK I’m assuming he misspoke when he said first meeting because their first meeting was an audition for SLB’s now discarded Balika Vadhu and Alia was 11. So was this when he visited the set of SOTY? Or was it during Highway promotions? And if it’s the last one then it makes me wonder about the rumors from that time that they two of them hooked up/had a quick fling around the time of Highway promotions.

I liked the episode. Ranveer held his own even though it was all supposed to be about Alia and Bira. He let Alia have her moment, and it was kind a nice to get glimpse into how Alia-RANBIR love story started. He should have been here, which better place to debut as pati-patni than your wife’s adopted dad’s talk show.
Alia was little annoying, but she is newly married and pregnant so forgiven. I liked the chemistry between Alia-Ranveer. He sounds like a real good friend, was surprised that he didn’t talk much about Deepika much but I think he was letting Alia-Bira have their moment.

Kjo was being very biased during the Koffee quiz, there were times when ranveer buzzed first but gave the question to alia, and ranveer was rightly calling out kjo for doing that

alia spoke mostly about was her relationship with rk, rs added alot of fun by doing the mimicry of different stars and was more honest with his answers, whereas alia seemed to be a lot more restrained.

and ranveer seems like a great friend. Alia said that a day before she shot for dholida she called ranveer as she was so nervous about filming the song and he was giving her words of encouragement, he then turned up to the shoot to support her. He also helped choose the jewellery she was going to wear for her mendhi

I remember kjo mentioning that the day of his 50th bday ranveer showed up at the venue at 4pm to start arrangements for the party and create the playlist, and throughout the party he was the DJ and playing fun songs for the guests to dance to.

At the start of the episode kjo said he has tried to get couples on the show but they have said no, so it doesn’t seem like any couple is appearing on kwk this season

You allow a friend to choose your wedding jewellery but not invite that friend to your wedding. Make this much sense. In Alia's head, it is a friendship of convenience.

Its been no secret Alia is so bloody insecure and jealous of Deepika's beauty, screen presence, relationships, pan Indian appeal, goodwill with media and public. Just that this one instance had an outrageous display of the same which made people take notice (except for the usual suspects ala the blind nepo apologists ofcourse). Surely she is equally jealous of Katrina for the same reasons or more..

Everyone knows her ultimate goal is to be a silverscreen Goddess like Kareena, Deepika..she would have definitely wanted a Ramleela in her portfolio instead of atypical Gangu...but SLB was in his right frame of mind back then

KWK first episode was so boring. I swear not everyone wants to know about Alia and ranbir's wedding. KJO literally discussed her wedding for like 30 mins. Then bramastra and rocky & rani promotion. Ranveer felt like a filler in the episode. I feel like Ranveer should have came with arjun, anil, sara heck jaanvi; it would have made for a better episode. If kjo wanted to discuss Alia's wedding why didn't they just do an Alia & Ranbir episode.

Siddhart and Vicky😍😍😍 thought I wanted VicKat, but despite them rejecting, even considering them to be on the show together is the risk. They created more hype about a fairytale wedding than RaAlia and if they come together, they will overshadow all the hardwork Karan-Alia put in this episode🤣
