I was addicted to smoking too... But badi mushkil se chhodi. Fir ek purana dost mil gaya to fir se shuru ho gayi.... But then i again controlled it. It's a constant struggle and there's always a possibility of slipping down that path. Now i smoke only occasionally. But the good thing is i don't have cravings for it which is a big relief.

Nonetheless i would never encourage anyone to smoke or consume tobacco because i know how harmful it is and i would never want anyone to go down that path...

Kudos to you for getting rid of the habit.

Warning for anyone who thinks it is cool: Stroke, heart attack, blindness, ulcers... you could end up on oxygen, gasping for air... you could lose your kidneys... amputation because of bad circulation... and of course, cancers.

Well SRK was never good looking At 56, he does look his age even older and he is a chain smoker so his lips are way worse.

I'm not expecting him to look like a daisy but neither am i expecting him to look like a walking talking preserved mummy at mere age of 56 years.

To all those who are saying he's aged and 56 years of age, there are many other actors of around the same age or more who look normal or better for their age, not like some malnourished addiction patient who's in dire need of healthy food and lifestyle.

It's high time SRK does some introspection and make some positive changes in his lifestyle. I'm saying this for his own good.
