Ajay Devgn's tweet was a desperate attempt to promote Runway 34?

I thought about how uncharacteristic it is of him to randomly attack another actor, out of the blue... then realized his film is releasing tomorrow and it might be a desperate bid to get some support from audiences to watch his film.

It's disgusting how low he has fallen.

Not surprising either. He has been whining and trying to play victim for the longest time. Whenever his movie is about to release he indirectly starts attacking actors through his attacks on YRF, Dharma, etc. He is a major crybaby

This time he was able to attack the actor directly because he is not from Bollywood, so it would have minimal impact

His post is so delusional and reeks of ignorance. He quotes Jan Gan Man as if making some big point about Hindi supremacy - using a song that was written in Bengali and talks about unity in diversity. Then he talks about south movies being dubbed in hindi - someone needs to remind him that almost all of his memorable movies in the last decade or so have been remakes of South movies. At his stature he doesn't need to do this.

And this backfired big time on him. The fact that he backed Eega and was a part of RRR or Singham was a remake this clearly shows a pr move and even Sudeep reply clearly shows both were in on this

Previously with Dharma and YRF he got good support because generally YRF had a good monopoly and were quite the bullies at that time.

A movie will do well if it is good else it will get tanked. This year clearly showed that

Jersey could not pull through inspite of tremendous performances because the film was mediocre

“Hindi hamare matr bhasha and national language hain aur rahega bhi” shows his arrogance.

THIS is a very important point as well !!

His movie is coming up after the juggernaut of KGF and RRR (where he had a minor role). There is no way Runway is going to do even 50% of the business these movies have done even if all the hindi belt gets activated and 'inspired' by his comments. Insecurity is at play here big time.
