BTW I relate to your previous post. I was also called mata ji and mocked by everyone for liking old songs, artists or films or classic literature.

Though it is foolish and makes no sense to judge age based on what you like. Plenty of people who were not even born then, discovered old stuff and icons and liked their work.

And talents like Lata are timeless anyway.

Its one of Chitragupta's rare songs. He was such a good composer, unfortunately he never did big banner films.

On repeated listenings, you can see what nuances of Lataji's singing. Esp since the tempo changes, thats when her "energy" changes.

Back then, my classmates thought it wasn't "cool"...today those guys post old songs in their stories to look like "intellectuals with tastes" 🤡
