Don't want to be nasty here and I actually feel kinda bad for Urvashi (because I feel she deserved better in BW and she clearly has issues now), but I've heard rumours that some C-list actresses, reality stars, those forever exposing skin plus holidaying "Insta model" types do *shady things* for high rates in the Middle East, especially Dubai...

So what you suggested could have well happened through said *shady* activities.

Literally no idea, it's extremely weird considering she hasn't been in any hit film in years, and she's mainly known just for putting out weird tweets in India now

Hate to say it but close relationship with someone powerful I guess...
