Kajol lightening her skin by a dozen shades and claiming she avoided the sun to let her 'true ' skin colour come back is disturbing because her daughter gets brutal comments for being dark and what sort of a message does she get from her mother after this? Kajol is basically affirming all the inferiority complexes the girl must have developed . People say terrible things about her son too. I don't know if she'd have missed out on work if she hadn't lightened her skin. She gave the biggest hits of her career with a much darker skin two decades ago when people weren't even remotely woke about the colourism thing.

Kajol is pretty dark even now. I don't think she has had any work done on her skin tone except the nose and lip job. It is all make up. Without make up, she still looks as dark as she was in nineties.

You sound very defensive about skin colour. Maybe you have a dark skin colour as well and have been at the receiving end of nasty comments by people all your life regarding your skin colour. Lord, have mercy.

Deepika has done something to her face that makes her forehead Huge . You can screen a movie on it. She's so pretty but almost always wears those flat hairstyles and ruins it.

I read long back in this same forum that skin lightening is a myth .. it is just makep and lighting in the pics which make us feel so... Rest i donot know 😆

That's true. But it is more noticeable on darker skins why I don't know 😆I don't know man I still don't think one can just lighten their skin tones . Like I said i think lighting and makeup plays a huge role because she is still pretty dark in interviews. I don't know haha I guess we never will know these bollywood secrets

I don't find her beautiful but I do think she looks better now than before so if she has done it, it seems to have worked well
