No comparison. It is Miss Universe Sushmita Sen after all. Overpowering screen presence, oozes glamour, panache and looks like a zillion bucks with that height and figure. Main Hoon Na is remembered more for Sush's sarees and glamour. Not for Amrita. Sorry. Amrita is a pretty girl and was most popular face for ads in 2000s but no way she can be compared to Sushmita Sen.
