Most places of worship don't allow any kind of shooting in their premises. Islam in particular isn't keen on dance , it's supposed to be 'haram' so kinda rude to go there and do it. You can always create a set or use CGI.

But I don't get this business of arresting the actors instead of going after the producers /makers.
