What happened to ITV dramas quality?

There used to be a time they were good & something interesting to look forward to.

Shows like Sarabhai vs Sarabhai, Baa Bahu Aur Baby were absolute classics.

What we have now?

I remember few days back i came across clip on Twitter regarding some show where they were talking about bringing “ Chand Ka tukda “ to the ground to marry some girl LMAO what was that🐷
