Wada Raha Pyar Se - Arnab Version Vs Udit Version

Udit with all his experience sounded too bland in this song in comparsion to the young inexperienced Arnab at that point of time hence his version was replaced by Arnab in the film :) because Udit Narayan got a good nice happy voice no doubt on that but Udit voice is way too dry and not so expressive for songs like these which need more in depth expressions

I agree. Whenever I listen to Wada Raha, I play Arnab’s version. His version sounds so romantic. I love Udit but his version sounds so..filmy and somewhat cheesy for some reason lol. It’s too upbeat and not passionate enough the way Arnab’s is.

that's what my point is ,,,,i love udit and his songs but some people overrate him here lol he got a nice voice but he can not bring that indepth expressions to certain songs like this ....

While everyone is entailed to their opinion, it seems silly to read that few music lovers out rightly call out their judgement like "Udit lacks depth in emotions and people over rate him". This is hilarious!! Udit has deep emotional depth per se, its only yours confirmation bias that doesn't allow you to see. Agreed, there might be few songs where a champion singer may not sound his/her usual good but that doesn't mean he/she lacks something overall. Secondly, this song "Wada Raha Pyar Se" is not even a masterpiece song to gauge anything. It's just another average Bollywood number wherein the song has liberties to sound a typical filmy number.

lol 😉 udit version missed the passion and aggression udit and kumar sanu are better for slow love songs as udit's version of falak is as slow, for most of the energetic songs sonu nigam is well suited
