You have put singers of different eras who enjoyed their popularity among different generations in one poll.
So I thought it's about all time, and even if you have put the word "currently" there, it only means that you can't include singers from the future, which one obviously can't.
In my opinion, Lata Mangeshkar is the most popular singer of all time, and Neha Kakkar is the most popular singer currently.
As these are two different singers, "currently" and "all time" are not directly proportional here.
