You are comparing a 65-75 year old Lata ji's voice to 35-40 year old Alka's voice, and still its a close call with Lata Mangeshkar past her peak vs Alka at her peak - probably a tie I would say
You bring in songs like Lag Ja Gale, Ajeeb Dastaan, Tere Bina Zindagi Se Koi - and it becomes a bit of a no contest
