Puru Raaj Kumar (Hit & Run Case)

So I was watching Bal Brahmachari and was reminded of this incident:

Puru Raaj Kumar - Raaj Kumar's son.

In 1993 this star son was drunk driving and ran over 8 people in Bandra, Mumbai and lost control of his car and it was said that he was taking a turn and then rammed into the people sleeping on the street killing three of them and seriously injuring the other two.

He ran away from the scene but in the articles it said there were some of the people still stuck underneath the rear wheels of his car which the neighbourhood witnessed.

(Puru Raaj kumar was never jailed even for a day and walked away free after paying a little less than Rs 1 lakh for killing three and crippling one person)

Hearing these stories it proves how celebrities easily get away from their crimes as he was not even sent to jail and just paid some money to be free from any charges.

Now I strongly believe that there is no justice in India.

how gross. I never knew this. Just the other day I was wondering why Puru didn't make it at all. He wasn't really bad looking. Now I am glad he didn't. God I hope there is justice for the people he hurt.
